There are several ways to get tickets to THE OUTSIDERS. You can book through our ticketing page on Telecharge.com. You can call Telecharge at 212-239-6200. You can also buy tickets in person at the Jacobs Theatre at 242 W 45th St, New York, NY 10036.
THE OUTSIDERS box office is open Monday through Saturday 10am to 8pm and Sunday 12pm to 6pm.

All sales are final. No exchanges or refunds.
If your performance is canceled, you tickets will be refunded through your original point of purchase or you may also be able to exchange your tickets for another performance.
A limited number of seats for The Outsiders will be available via Digital Lottery and in person Rush. Telecharge Lottery + Rush gives theater lovers a way to get low-price tickets!
Telecharge Digital Lottery: Entries for The Outsiders digital lottery open at 12 AM on the day before the performance. Winners are drawn at 10am and 3pm. Winners will be notified by email shortly after each drawing and have five hours to claim and purchase tickets online. Winners may buy up to 2 tickets at $49 each. Visit https://rush.telecharge.
$30 Under 30: Subject to daily availability, the production will make available a limited number of tickets for anyone 30 years of age and under. Tickets will be available beginning at 10am the day of the performance (and 12pm on Sundays) at the Bernard B. Jacobs Theatre). There is a limit of two tickets per person and tickets are $30 each. Your guest may be of any age, but ticket buyer must meet age requirement. A valid ID will be required.
In Person Rush: Subject to daily availability, a limited number of tickets may be available for rush beginning at 10am the day of the performance (and 12pm on Sundays) at the Bernard B. Jacobs Theatre. There is a limit of two tickets per person and tickets are $45 each.
Seats will be located in any section of the theatre. While every effort will be made to seat pairs together with a full view, it’s possible that pairs may be split up and that seats may have a partial view of the stage.
THE OUTSIDERS runs for 2 hours and 25 minutes, including a 15-minute intermission.
This show is generally recommended for ages 10 and up. Children under 4 are not permitted in the theatre.
The Jacobs Theatre is located at 242 West 45th Street, near the corner of 45th St. and 8th Avenue, a block from Times Square.
Please be advised that THE OUTSIDERS includes:
- Flashing lights
- Loud noises
- Smoking on stage

To have the best experience, please arrive at least 30 minutes before showtime. No outside food or drinks are permitted in the theatre. For group attendance, distribute tickets to each member before entry. Everyone needs their own ticket. Ensure each person sits in their assigned seat to avoid confusion. We suggest using the restroom and visiting the concession stand beforehand.
