There are several ways to get tickets to THE OUTSIDERS. You can book through our ticketing page on Telecharge.com. You can call Telecharge at 212-239-6200. You can also buy tickets in person at the Jacobs Theatre at 242 W 45th St, New York, NY 10036.

THE OUTSIDERS box office is open Monday through Saturday 10am to 8pm and Sunday 12pm to 6pm.

THE OUTSIDERS runs for 2 hours and 25 minutes, including a 15-minute intermission.

This show is generally recommended for ages 10 and up. Children under 4 are not permitted in the theatre.

The Jacobs Theatre is located at 242 West 45th Street, near the corner of 45th St. and 8th Avenue, a block from Times Square.

Please be advised that THE OUTSIDERS includes:

To have the best experience, please arrive at least 30 minutes before showtime. No outside food or drinks are permitted in the theatre. For group attendance, distribute tickets to each member before entry. Everyone needs their own ticket. Ensure each person sits in their assigned seat to avoid confusion. We suggest using the restroom and visiting the concession stand beforehand.
